Working as part of the Contact Centre Team, the Junior Delivery Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive telephone and email support and liasing with the Client / 3rd party vendors. The Junior Delivery Specialist will answer calls and emails to support on multiple process queries and transactions across all areas of HR, and provide navigational assistance with systems. Provide day-to-day support within agreed scope within end-to-end multi process transactional activities related to servicing clients’ requests according to any instructions provided, Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions, Follow the agreed change management process and implement the changes to the process documentation, also applying the new rules in daily work, Team support in daily work (co-operation with colleagues from other teams when solving problems), Train new hires and supporting less experienced employees, Liaise with Clients’ teams/employees, Deliver training for the new hires as agreed with direct superior.
