Our client is a manufacturing leader within its sector. Due to a growth we are seeking to recruit highly professional and qualified candidates to fill position of EMEA Internal Controls Analyst who will report directly to the EMEA Internal Controls Manager.
Opis stanowiska
- Conducting field audits of branch locations. In Europe we cover 27 countries, and have approximately 100 reporting branches.
- The audits will focus on the areas of finance, project accounting, operations and compliance. The main focus will be on project accounting including revenue recognition, contract delivery, job costing, supply management and health of the balance sheet.
- Preparing audit reports and providing recommendations to local management.
- Review key findings with audit locations and executive management.
- Interpretation of accounting policies under US GAAP.
- Share identified best practices across business units.
- Assisting local management with accounting policy clarifications and updates.
- Provide assistance for Sarbanes-Oxley testing across Europe.
Kogo szukamy
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in internal audit/Big 4
- At least 50% travelling
-Experience with long term contracts and projects is an asset.
-Proficient in English
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate and influence at all levels.
-Self-motivated, demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and encourages excellence in peers.
-Able to balance attention to detail and bigger picture.
-Strong controls background and knowledge of US accounting policies.
-Strong project management skills and the capacity to work with tight deadlines.
-Strong team builder, motivator and team player.
