On behalf of our Client, a consulting company, we are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to join a new team providing services for social media. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing team schedules and performance requirements, overseeing and managing a team within User Operations. By keeping all Company’s procedures and regulations, Candidate’s aim is to identify improvement opportunities in work-flow and/or team structures and opportunities to improve user experience and communicate to delivery lead and Client teams as well as suggest solutions.
